Linder Consulting offers process and analysis services to
individuals, groups and leaders in nonprofit and government social services, healthcare and education sectors.
We work
with Leaders to
help develop vision and strategic directions; with Groups to
achieve their goals while also enhancing their
ability for learning together; and with Individuals interested
in aligning their personal values with their professional goals.
We also offer Workshops on

Work with Leaders
We work with leaders to identify key elements of change, critical
leverage points and clear strategies for engagement and
alignment to get to desired short-term results while considering long-term consequences and issues of sustainability.
Work with Groups
We offer highly effective meeting design and facilitation for ½ day,
full-day and multi-day events. Our emphasis is on accomplishing clients’ immediate
goals while enriching the group’s capacity to work better together over
time.

We firmly believe that real change in the world begins
on the inside: with each person working on his or her own
understanding of the world, building communications skills
and using personal strengths. NP Linder Consulting helps
individuals—from new executives to line staff—make
the most of their positions and their selves as change agents
in their work and lives.
